Introducing FLEET Leasing: Vehicle Finance, Built Into Your Fleet Platform

Why Leasing Belongs in Your Fleet Platform

Fleet operators have always managed vehicles and finance as two separate worlds. The dispatch system knows where your cars are. The leasing company knows what you owe. But nobody has a single view of both — until now.

We're building FLEET Leasing to close that gap. It's a fully integrated vehicle finance module that lives inside the same platform you already use to manage dispatch, drivers, and compliance. No more spreadsheets. No more chasing statements from three different lessors. One dashboard, one source of truth.

What FLEET Leasing Will Do

The leasing module is designed around the real workflows fleet operators deal with every week:

  • Vehicle lifecycle management — track every vehicle from acquisition through to disposal, with lease terms, residual values, and renewal dates all visible at a glance
  • Automated payment scheduling — lease payments are calculated, scheduled, and reconciled within FLEET, with full audit trails
  • Driver-vehicle assignment — link lease agreements directly to driver profiles, so you always know who's responsible for what
  • Compliance integration — registration, insurance, and inspection expiry dates are tied to the vehicle record, with automated alerts before anything lapses
  • Financial reporting — export-ready reports for your accountant, broken down by vehicle, driver, or cost centre

Built for Operators, Not Accountants

We've spoken to dozens of fleet operators while designing this module. The consistent feedback: existing leasing tools are built for finance teams, not the people actually running vehicles. FLEET Leasing flips that.

The interface is designed for operations managers who need to answer questions like: Which vehicles are coming off lease this quarter? Which drivers are behind on payments? What's my total cost per vehicle including lease, fuel, and maintenance?

These answers will be available in seconds, not after a phone call to your broker.

Timeline and Early Access

FLEET Leasing is currently in development with a targeted beta release in Q3 2026. We'll be opening early access to a small group of existing FLEET customers in the coming months.

If you're interested in being part of the early access programme, or if you have specific leasing workflows you'd like us to consider, reach out to our team. Your input directly shapes what we build.

Stay tuned — we'll be sharing more detailed feature previews and screenshots as development progresses.
