Fleet Software & Services uses the latest techniques in predictive analytics and optimisation systems to build business models to optimise the performance of a fleet of vehicles.

Fleet Software Projects have included the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) architecture and design for hardware, system and application software and systems for the “spin-out” of a fleet leasing and management company with over 40,000 vehicles.

Fleet Strategy Projects have included the economic and business case for the ongoing investment for a government owned fleet leasing and management entity.

Fleet Optimisation Projects have included the determining optimal fleet size for a large pool vehicle fleet operating from over 50 locations and the consolidation of six bus operators in a single consolidated transport entity with optimised schedules (runs), fleet size and fleet composition.
