Lead Consultant - Mark D. Bernard

Mark has worked for Shell Oil and Hertz Rent a Car was founding director of Intercity Lease Management Systems and Lease Management Systems and CEO of two ASX listed technology companies before operating as an Independent Fleet Consultant.

Mark has project managed the implementation over 20 commercial Fleet Leasing, Fleet Management Accounting and Accident Management Systems including systems at ORIX, Toyota, Caltex, Esanda, Citipower, City of Wodonga, RACQ and Q-Fleet).

Mark worked on Fleet Systems Architecture, Design and System Selection and Business Case development Department of Defence, NAB, ORIX, Toyota, Caltex and Esanda.

Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce (Melbourne), Grad Diploma Marketing (Monash), & MBA (Geneva).
